What Kotisso does

Kotisso helps a group of people track shared expenses and know who owes what to whom. The service keeps a declarative set of accounts: it collects, transfers and holds no funds. Repayments happen between you, by whatever means you choose.

Keeping a group's accounts is free, and stays free: expenses, balances, repayment plan, categories, approval, recurring expenses. An optional subscription, premium, adds active groups, the display of the full history, a group's statistics page and the avatar photo; it is governed by the terms and conditions of sale. The balances themselves are exact for everyone.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the information entered in your groups. The amounts recorded bind only those who enter them: in case of disagreement between members, Kotisso does not decide and cannot be held as arbiter.

Availability

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. We do our best to avoid outages and data loss, without being able to commit to it contractually.

Deletion

You can leave a group as soon as your balance in it is zero, and ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
